For serving a selection of own produced vegetables and herbs, touching the hearts of the guests with the spirit of Damaraland and its people and simultaneously supporting the Damara people by incorporating them, BirdsConTour awarded the Damara Mopane Lodge, situated en route to the world famous Twyfelfontein engravings, with a three penguin-rated Welfare, Conservation & Tourism Support 2015 Award.
