The training
of people in birding matters is a rewarding job. Working with people who have
little or no birding experience or knowledge, and realizing how they learn and
change their attitude to birds is fantastic.
With training
and skills development the project focuses on matters such as ecology,
socio-economics, awareness raising, project management skills and training of
guides.
Training people
in birding aspects are stepping stones to strengthen a sense of caring for
birds.
